Introduction to the Church of Panagia Paraportiani

The Church of Panagia Paraportiani is one of the best-known religious monuments in Mykonos, in the Chora district, close to the seafront. This Greek Orthodox complex stands out for its ensemble of white volumes with irregular lines, which has become an emblematic image of the island and of Cycladic architecture.
