TeamLab Borderless: MORI Building DIGITAL ART MUSEUM : info and guided tour

Introduction to TeamLab Borderless: MORI Building DIGITAL ART MUSEUM

TeamLab Borderless: MORI Building DIGITAL ART MUSEUM is a digital art museum located in Azabudai Hills, in Tokyo’s Minato ward. Designed by the teamLab collective, it offers an immersive journey in which luminous, sound-based, and interactive works unfold around the visitor, with no fixed route and constantly changing visuals.

The museum became known for its “borderless” approach, which erases the boundaries between rooms and between the works themselves. The installations respond to the presence of visitors, transform in real time, and create continuous visual passages. This concept has made TeamLab Borderless one of the most iconic digital art venues in Tokyo.

Inside, the dark architecture and projected surfaces provide a backdrop for ever-changing worlds of flowers, cascades of light, forests, and abstract constellations. The experience relies as much on technique as on the feeling of wandering, with works that seem to flow from one space to another and invite visitors to look differently at movement, color, and depth.
